My love of Hot Sauces made me want to build a Sauce Links Directory Site. I linked all my favorites and many others that I have never tried. I hope I haven't missed any sites to link to. If you know of any, please advise the owners of my site and have them ask to be linked to SauceLinks.Com
Hot Pepper Ramblings
According to my mother, my first taste of hot sauce was something she put on my
thumb. I loved it as an infant. I eat chili sauce and put hot sauce on most
meals.
I have an e-tail store in which I've only been stocking my favorites for sale.
Blair's makes some of the best sauces around, IMHO. Their Original Death Hot
Sauce
is a garlic sauce with some decent kick to it. And plenty of flavor to boot!
Their
'Heat' category of sauces are great also. Jersey Death sits there at every meal.
Kato Productions makes some awesome sauce also. The flavor alone makes me use

a bottle or more at a time. Meaner Greener and Down South Hot Sauce are another

of my favorites.
Three Hot Tamales rubs, spices, and sauces are full of flavor. Cry Baby with
roasted bell peppers is very good. They make the best BBQ sauce around.
Wing Sauce? Defcon makes theirs with Habanero Peppers and clarified butter. It
beats all others hands down. Defcon1 has My heat level. If John makes it hotter
though, I won't complain. Thus, the Sauce Links Site.
EZ Earls', CaJohns, Brook's PepperMaster, Dave's Gourmet, Original Juan are but
a
few I like.
Once, a friend handled a bottle of Da Bomb. I told him to wash his hands
immediately. 4-5 times. Later, I thought I heard a dog howling. It was my friend.
He
had gone to the bathroom and residue started a fire he had trouble putting out.
